Finally Launchbox: ADHD Support & Systems Specialist
Work with me in a single-minded process of cultivating Systems for Functioning that actually work in helping you to do 'daily life stuff'. Whether you're struggling with doing your chores, getting dressed for work, or putting regular items away in ready-to-find places, I'm here to help you. I prioritize making this process as easy as possible for you and affordable based on your financial situation. Lean on me and reach out for support when you're ready to finally launch.
Observation and Correction
I employ, at the crux of my services, a method of Observation and Correction. I'll analyze your situation, design Systems, offer clear instruction cards each week, and modify the System designs in response to their effectiveness or lack thereof. I work extensively at finding and suggesting easy-delivery products from Amazon which fit within your desired budget and help you to build your Systems for Functioning.
An affordable service designed for adults who are struggling to do 'daily life stuff' and who want to finally launch into functionality in the easiest ways possible. My target clientele includes young adults new to college, people who experience action paralysis, those who struggle with disorganization and doing daily chores, etc. I offer different tiers of pricing and suggest products based on your financial situation.
This is not therapy. All I provide is a single-minded service to help you cultivate Systems for Functioning that actually work. I help you to cultivate these systems in a low, slow and steady process. There is no advice and no homework. Only finding out what's effective. Lean on me while building your Systems for Functioning and finally launching into an effective routine.
